Build Your Leadership Operating System
Tuesday, September 29, 2026 | 5PM Central Time
Stop carrying your work in your head and start building the systems that help you lead with clarity.
If you're managing more people, projects, information, decisions, and priorities than ever before — but your systems haven't grown with your responsibilities — this workshop is for you.
We'll look at why successful leaders become increasingly reactive as complexity grows, the core systems behind the way you lead, and how to start building a Leadership Operating System you trust.
In this free live workshop, you'll learn:
Why successful leaders become more reactive as their responsibilities grow
You'll see why feeling scattered or overwhelmed isn't always a time-management problem—and how increasing complexity can quietly outgrow the systems that once worked for you.
The five systems behind the way you lead
I'll walk you through the five interconnected systems of a Leadership Operating System—Information, Projects, Tasks, Leadership, and Strategic Planning—and help you identify where your biggest friction may actually be coming from.
How to start building a Leadership Operating System you trust
You'll learn how to move from carrying your work in your head to creating more clarity, visibility, and rhythm around your priorities, projects, people, information, and leadership attention.
You won't leave with another list of productivity hacks.
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of the infrastructure behind the way you lead—and where to start strengthening yours.=
Hi, I'm Kayla.
I'm Kayla Fahey-Ahrndt, host of the Get Organized at Work podcast and creator of the Leadership Operating System.
I've spent more than a decade leading in complex, fast-moving healthcare environments—managing people, projects, priorities, information, and work that rarely fits neatly onto a to-do list.
And I've learned something along the way:
The more your leadership grows, the less you can rely on yourself to simply remember, react, and hold everything together.
That's what led me to develop the Leadership Operating System—a practical framework for building the systems underneath the way you work and lead.
I don't believe you need to become better at carrying everything.
I believe you need systems capable of supporting the leader you've become.
And that's exactly what we're going to start building together in this workshop.
